I agree with 1, 2, and 3, and 5. On number 4, the low glucose levels are related to the lack of cortisol. Cortisol raises blood sugar. Also, the low blood pressure is a combination of two things. Cortisol raises blood pressure, and it is very low. Also, aldosterone isn't being produced, which causes a lower blood volume and blood pressure. I don't think the CRH plays a major role here.
