Military lost eye wife cheating?

i was in the military but i lost my eye and know my wife is cheating on me with some body else in the military is there a way were i can get them both in trouble before i do some thing stupid cause i have his address were his live, his cell pone, house phone, were he work, go to school, and the branch he is in. and i have tex, and emails and he call log cause i bug her phone.. and i be i could get more.. but i need help.. sorry if i got off track
