Is it possible to disconnect water from its main source with your chi and manipulate a bubble of water in air?

Ok most of you are familiar with the show avatar the last airbender and this question has absolutely NO connection with that show. In fact I can manipulate the fire on a candle flame to make it dance back and fourth and stuff. But is doing even bigger stuff with your chi possible? like in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=BJrLwZMN0BM&feature=related and YES I do know that the video is avatar related but I do use chi (energy in my body) to defend myself and practice chi kung and all that stuff. So can someone please POLITELY answer my question no matter how stupid this sounds if im wrong? And if you say im an idiot or somthing you obviously know NOTHING ABOUT chi manipulation, the elements, and kinesis.
