Can i sell a website? Do i actually own my Yahoo website i pay monthly for, and i can i sell it from on Ebay?

See awhile ago i bought the website bikesorbust.com, with intentions of the family business using it for "biker stuff ". Well we dont use it anymore and i dont see paying $13 a month for it anymore. Rather than voiding my monthly contract, could i sell it instead.And how much could it be worth? Like could i sell it on Ebay? thankyou
