How will a 2001 2wd toyota tacoma do off road or in the snow?

im planning on getting one and i go to the motocross track pretty often, and would it be able to haul two 250sxf dirtbike pretty easy. Also in the winter i snowboard a lot and there are some pretty steep hills around where i go, do you think it would be ok on that type of terrain?
