Get a lawyer and find out. Right now you don't know if the president had the right or not. Did your father leave a will. If so, what was stated in the will. If he did not have a will, his ets should go to his nearest surviving relatives. However, he may have had some type of agreement with the president. These are all things you need to find out before thinking about legal action.
