Back surgeryy.anthesia? menopause?

hey. i have a question. my mom had back surgery 12 years ago, and that was when she had her last period. She was given anesthesia. A week ago, she had her gall bladder removed and a liver biopsy. She was given anesthisia. now, 6 days later, her surgery was on a friday, she goes to the bathroom and there is a tiny bit of blood, a pinkinshh color. can anesthisia bring on a period? she went to the bathroom 30 min afta that and there was no blood? its like 12am and we cant call any doctors? aNY professional or semi professional answers?
