Can i get into penn state with a 3.0 gpa?

I am a high school junior. I'm a music scholar, which is an academic award in my school. I go to a good private school, so grades are weighted a little when colleges read the school profile. I haven't taken the SAT yet, but I did well on the psat. and have been getting SAT tutoring since 10th grade
