How should I go about making meals in my house?
There is nothing wrong with eating red meat. You have to watch what you eat with it. Give up the potatoes, bread and pasta. I know it sounds hard, but I only gave those foods up (well, rice too), and in the last 5 months, I've lost 50 lbs. No exercising, or anything else. I usually eat a salad with tuna or chicken, or even imitation crab meat for lunch, and I have steak, or pork or chicken for dinner with lots of veggies... I even went so far as to have yogurt in the house for smoothies. Use a cup with about a half cup of milk and whatever fruit you like and blend it up in a blender. I use strawberries, mixed berries, bananas, peaches, even fresh figs are good. I also make a big batch to last a couple of days. Good luck.
