My baby neon tetra i just bought right now has one eye that is super small?

it looks deformed, he is just a baby. His one eye is the size of a regular tetra eye, and his other eye is about the size of a tip of a pencil led(i know that he actually has a eye thats shrunken because you can see a litle tiny pupil.) Is he ok? Should i call him lucky, because he is a special fish?
