Wondering if my workouts counted?

Ok, i've been working out for 13 days and i felt pretty good about myself, but I was wondering if my diet was right! Ok so every day I will either eat pure quacker oatmeal with NO sugar or a bowl of cereal with milk (either honey bunches of oats or raisen bran none of that sugar crisp kind of junk. For lunch I would either have a homemade sandwich, but most of the time i would go to tim hortoms and have a small sandwich with chicken chese and mayo and a fruit muffin. For dinner it would be whatever my mom was making. (Ww never have fast food or take out makes my mom sick) Also, I don't snack period! no chips no nothing. And I drink a whole bunch of water. So is this a healthy diet?
