Okay, we have the same style..but i mix mine style up..i would wear a polo shirt with a tank under it..so it can show..trust me it will look cute..and a mini skirt with legging and flats..and you should wear dangling earring like stars or something and low chain that comes down to your belly on..so cute trust me..hope it helps..oh and a cute purse and huge shades ..so you can look like a movie star..I'm thirteen too.and when my friends and i got to the movies with our boyfriends i wear huge shades and people think I'm rich..and you should curl your hair at the end like Taylor mow sen off of "gossip girl series"..hope it helps
